Grimsa doing very well in the draught

There is light rain on the west coast today and yesterday, not enough to swell up the water levels but enough to inspire some movement. Grimsa has been doing exceptionally well over the last few weeks.
For some reason the draughts do not affect Grimsa badly as it does to other rivers in the region. It has something to do with the rivers origins. Hot sunny weather is still a bummer though and the cloudy conditions and the receeding tempertures over the last several days has seen an improvement in the fishing. Grimsa has been doing well 40 salmon to the eight rods yesterday and another40 this morning alone. According to Jon Thor Juliusson, one of the rivers outfitters, the grilse runs have been very strong recently and the grilse are big and healthy. As on most rivers in the draughts, hitching has been the most successful way of connecting to the salmon.
